Welcome to my web site.  Let me tell you a bit about myself.  My background was as a Business Office Manager for retail and nursing homes.  I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart for 25+ years.  We are the proud parents of a beautiful teenage daughter, who is on her way to becoming an even more beautiful adult.  As consumers, we've had the pleasure of experience buying and selling our primary residence four times, so I definitely know the importance of a good REALTOR®. 

What began with fun weekend visits to open houses is now a fulfilling career.  I have become a successful and knowledgeable real estate agent, assisting those seeking an easy selling process or wanting to buy the home of their dreams.  I like to say I tiptoed into Real Estate, as I referred to myself as an 'Open House Junkie'.  It was my curiosity, along with my desire to learn the market, that kept me apprised of the real estate field, years before I actually got my license. 

It is my belief that you cannot or should not try to “sell” someone a home.  It is just too big and too important a purchase.  If you are a Buyer,  I will never try to rush you into one of the most significant decisions of your life.  I will advise, facilitate, and negotiate on your behalf so that you know that you bought the right home for the best possible price.

Sellers, as your REALTOR® it is my job to market your home. There are 1350 Real Estate Agents using the Fort Wayne Area MLS.  It is through this portal that most homes are discovered.  With your input we will make sure that your home is seen in the best possible light.

Today about 85% of home buyers use the Internet to do at least some of their searching. RE/MAX and I have a strong presence on the web, including Showcased listing, virtual tours, and  multiple web addresses to better serve both the buyer and the seller.  

Above all you must be able to trust your REALTOR®.  I believe and uphold the code of ethics that a REALTOR® member swears to.  If I fail to deliver promised services I will gladly release any client from any contract.
