Mary and Patrick Douglass have been a "Team" for more than 25 years now.  They are lifelong residents of Fort Wayne and have bought and sold real estate in the area since 1985.  They know and love this community as well as anyone could.

Mary has been a full time real estate agent for several years after many years as business office manager and client liaison for disabled and elderly care facilities in Fort Wayne.   

Patrick had been an industry leading sales and marketing person in the medical equipment industry for several years before "retiring" from that profession in August 2006 and becoming a licensed real estate agent in November 2006.  At that time Patrick joined Mary and they developed the real estate team called the Douglass Home Team.

Mary and Pat feel strongly in the "Team" concept.  Both in life and in the real estate market.  In real estate, both the real estate professional and their clients often wish and need them to be in two places at once.  With a Realtor Team, we can be.  There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple.
